You receive a lump sum now, advanced against the settlement you expect to recover. When the case resolves, we are repaid out of the proceeds. Advances typically range from a few thousand dollars up to six figures, depending on the case.
Non-recourse funding
Every advance we issue is non-recourse. If the case does not prevail, you owe nothing. We cannot pursue your house, your vehicle, your wages, or your credit. The risk of the case rests with us, not with you.
Attorney-coordinated process
Once you apply, we work through your attorney. You are not asked to gather records or chase documents. Your attorney sends us a case summary and the relevant paperwork, we review, and we return a decision.
Efficient underwriting
Most approvals return within a few business days of receiving case documents. More complex matters take longer. You will always know where your file stands. If we need more time, we will tell you.
Clear, written terms
Every agreement spells out the advance amount, the repayment schedule, and the total payoff at each stage. Nothing is buried in a footnote. If any figure is unclear, call us and we will walk through it with you.
Follow-on funding
If the case is still active and additional funding is needed, you may return for a second advance. We review it fresh against the current posture of the case.
